On the desert side of the mountain, overlooking Victorville and the valley below, is Deer Lodge Park.  This area features a more rural atmosphere and the larger lot sizes can allow for keeping horses and other livestock.   Ranging from small 2-bedroom cabins to larger executive-style homes, Deer Lodge Park offers a variety of housing styles.  Though Deer Lodge Park does not offer lake rights for Lake Arrowhead, its close proximity to the San Bernardino National Forest  boundaries allows easy access to enjoy the rich environment our forest has to offer.
